- General Manager - Partnership Opportunity
Description
Aschenbach Auto Group is seeking an ethical, motivated, and experienced General Manager to oversee a domestic franchise dealership within our auto group. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a “results based” management style which focusses on an analytical approach to overseeing the daily operations of the dealerships. Candidates must possess a strong focus on daily store performance tracking to obtain expectations set by our Ownership & Senior Management teams. We expect this individual to train and guide our team members to excel in both their professional and personal lives to obtain goals never imagined. We are seeking an individual with a “can do,” solution-based approach to situations who tackles issues promptly without constant oversight by Senior Management. This group is seeking an individual who has aspirations to be a partner with our automotive group, but first must demonstrate the character, skillset, and longevity to do so. Experience in Fixed Operations is a must and Dealer Candidate School graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Individual must understand financial statements and dealer composites in order extract important information to improve store performance. Daily Sales Training & Motivation
Expertise in daily tracking and reporting to ensure monthly goals are met
Proficient CRM experience to train and monitor our team’s monthly/daily performance goals
Daily Sales Consultant Activity Expectations
Ethical & Profitable F&I training and process
Fixed Operations Expertise & Tracking
Expert-Level Inventory Management Skills (New & Used Vehicles, Parts & Accessories)
